Registration & Fees

Registration Fees:

  • Faculty:        20,000JPY
  • Students:     Free
  • Post Doc:     10,000JPY (updated)
  • One Day:     10,000JPY (updated)

The registration fee is to be paid in cash at the onsite registration. The fee covers participation, all handouts, coffee breaks, and refreshments at social events. We are happy to be able to waive the registration fee for students and any other unwaged participants. Registration Procedure:

To register simply complete and submit the following registration form. Onsite registration will also be possible, but as there are only a limited number of seats it is best to register online to ensure your place. If capacity is exceeded we will place an announcement on this page.

To cancel or change an existing registration please follow the instructions that are included in the confirmation email.

Student Travel Grants

We are pleased to announce that we will be offering a number of travel grants to students attending the event from abroad. The single requirement to be eligible to receive a grant is that you be registered to present a poster at the event. Each grant will be in the amount of 50,000JPY, paid in cash, at the time of onsite registration.

To be considered for a grant please register, and then contact Grants will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to candidates deemed eligible, so please don't wait too long to apply. When the maximum number of grants has been posted, a notice will be placed on this page.
